LRE excels at representing our clients and serving as extensions of their staff.  Some projects, whether designed by LRE or another firm, require additional observation and/or management personnel.  Many of our clients are not staffed to handle these temporary needs. As a result, LRE staff often fill these roles by performing construction observation or contract administration. In addition, we review development applications and designs, assist with budgeting, and represent clients at various regional committee meetings. We take on these roles to allow our clients to focus on day-to-day activities and to prevent the need for hiring short-term staff.
